1. Shipping Partner
We have partnered with MDS Collivery to handle all our deliveries within South Africa.
2. Delivery Locations
We deliver exclusively to physical street addresses within South Africa. Please ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and accessible.
3. Shipping Costs
Weight-Based Charges: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the items and will be displayed during the checkout process.
Bulky/Heavy Items: Certain oversized or heavy items may require special shipping arrangements. In such cases, please contact our customer service team for a shipping rate before placing your order.
Outlying Areas: Deliveries to remote or outlying areas may incur additional shipping charges. These charges will be communicated during the checkout process or by our customer service team.
4. Delivery Timeframes
In-Stock Products: For products available in our local inventory, the standard delivery timeframe is 4 to 7 working days, calculated from the time of dispatch, not from the order placement date.
Imported Products: Items sourced from overseas suppliers will have the same delivery timeframe of 4 to 7 working days, starting from the time of dispatch from our warehouse. Please note that importing these products may require additional time before they are dispatched.
5. Order Processing
Dispatch Times: Orders are processed and dispatched during our standard business hours, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Order Confirmation: Upon successful order placement, you will receive an order confirmation email detailing your purchase.
6. Tracking Your Order
All parcels are shipped with tracking capabilities. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the delivery status through the courier’s platform.
7. Delivery Issues
Incorrect Address: If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, it will be returned to us. Additional shipping charges will apply to resend the order to the correct address.
Unavailable Recipient: Should the courier be unable to contact the recipient or their authorized representative for delivery, the parcel will be returned to us. Reshipping the order will incur additional shipping fees.

Accurate Information: Please ensure that all delivery information provided is accurate and complete to facilitate timely delivery.
Availability: Ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the parcel during the estimated delivery timeframe.
