  • Defective products, not due to misuse by the buyer, can be returned within 5 working days, in the original packaging.
• Non-Returnable Items:
  • Custom orders or special-order goods, unless defective.
  • Modified and fitted parts, unless defective.

2. Return Process

• Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 5 working days of receiving your order.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

3. Refunds

• Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 working days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
• Deductions: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
